Welcome to my blog! I should preface this by saying that I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. Bear with me.
I started this blog for a myriad of reasons. First, to put an end to the question “so now that you’re graduated, what are you doing with yourself?” Now my friends and family can read it here first if they so please! Because for reals, I don’t know how many more times I can answer that question. Second, I have a dizzying amount of thoughts bouncing through my brain at all times and I figured perhaps it will be worth it to put them down in writing. And third, I’ve battled quite a few unfortunate circumstances this year and I’ve learned quite a bit in the process. My hope is that some of what I learned will resonate with some of those who read it.
I am currently in a sort of transition state. I hail from northeastern Connecticut, I’m a recent graduate of the University of Rhode Island and I’m starting an internship through the University of New Hampshire in just a few weeks. I’ve spent this month vacationing in both Vermont and Maine- I’m doing a full New England tour, really (trust me, I’ve spent my fair share of time in Massachusetts as well). Like I said, this blog is a collection of things that happen, thoughts I have and food I make. I hope that you find it amusing, entertaining or perhaps even inspiring. And with that, I welcome you to my blog! Please feel free to leave a comment or check out my ‘About Me’ section for more information. Don’t forget to check back soon!
